Welcome to the Bloussie Help Center. Below are answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us at info@bloussie.com.
Q1: How long do I have to return or refund an item?
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Q2: How do I start a return?
Please email info@bloussie.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Q3: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q4: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Q5: What are the return conditions?
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We also require a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Q6: What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?
If your refund hasn’t been received within the expected time frame, we recommend checking your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your payment provider, as there may be a delay in processing. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@bloussie.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Q7: Where do you ship from and which countries do you ship to?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union. We are in the process of expanding our shipping capabilities and will soon offer international shipping to many other countries. If your country is not yet eligible for delivery, you will be informed during checkout.
Q8: How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery within Europe usually takes between three to seven business days. For international orders outside of Europe (when available), shipping may take between seven to fourteen business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Q9: How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders, so please check our homepage for the latest offers.
Q10: Will I be charged customs fees or duties?
For international orders outside of the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Q11: How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment until it arrives. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Q12: What personal information do you collect?
We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and improve your experience. This includes your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and payment information. We may also collect non-personal information like browser type or time spent on our site to help improve functionality and customer experience.
Q13: Do you share my personal data with third parties?
We do not sell or rent your data. Your personal information is only shared with trusted third-party service providers such as payment gateways and logistics partners, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving your customer experience.
Q14: What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bloussie.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund based on the situation.
Q15: Do you use cookies?
Yes, our website uses cookies to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Cookies help us remember your preferences, improve site performance, and analyze traffic. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Q16: Can I access or delete my personal data?
Yes. You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for your data to be deleted (unless we are legally required to retain it). To submit such a request, please contact us at info@bloussie.com.
Q17: What if I received a gift and want to return it?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit in the form of a gift voucher once the return is approved. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, then the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
